Why does setting matter so much in terms of productivity? I sit here in the LMC when I'm supposed to be working on the Written Task 2. I blog instead. I would work better at home, but even then it's not easy to work if I'm not in the right mode. What's your ideal homework scenario?
I absolutely agree. While I love work days in class, they continuously turn in to social hours for me. If I do get work done, it's either mindless tasks or fun stuff (like blogging), but never the really meaty stuff I really should be working on.
ReplyDeleteMy best working environment is after about 8:00 pm, in my silent office with the door shut. Once it gets late, I find I can work for much longer periods of time without distracting myself.
This idea of finding the perfect homework productivity senario will be interesting next year in college. Most of us will really have to re-adjust and explore to find our new meathod!
